Ramadan

ISOGS offers special services and events during the holy month of Ramadan, the ninth month of Islamic lunar year. Besides the regular five daily prayers and Friday/Jummah prayers, special night prayers called Taraweeh are offered every night after the Isha pryaers. Iftars(evening breakfast) and dinners are also served during that month at the AnNoor Community Center. The month of Ramadan culminates with the last 10 special nights of Lailat-ul-Qadar. Eid, the yearly muslim holiday is celerabated at the end of Ramadan.

Ramadan, taraweeh, iftar dinners and Eid events are announced by the ISOGS board and posted on the website and other social media.
